Your Role:

As a Senior IAM Consultant at praktiga, you will be part of a dynamic team in Turkey, playing a pivotal role in client engagements and leading with a proactive and innovative mindset. Embrace the opportunity to manage projects independently, influencing, and mentoring team members along the way.

Qualifications:

• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business studies, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus) with strong communication skills in speaking, listening, and writing.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IAM Technologies, showcasing expertise in programs such as Omada Identity, empowerID, One Identity Manager, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS SQL, C#, Java, JavaScript, Powershell.
• Full understanding of Microsoft security concepts (e.g., IIS, MS Active Directory).
• Proven ability to independently manage client relationships and project processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the capacity to provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Innovative and proactive mindset, with a track record of successfully leading and completing similar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions with customers to deeply understand their needs and requirements.
• Independently design, develop, document, and test advanced Identity & Access Management solutions based on Omada Identity, empowerID or One Identity Manager.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and error analysis of IAM products.
• Mentor and share knowledge with teammates, contributing to the enhancement of praktiga's standards and documents.
