Your Role: As a Identity & Access Management Consultant at praktiga, you will play a crucial role in elevating our identity security solutions. Join our passionate team in Turkey and be a driving force in shaping the future of IAM.

Qualifications:

• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business studies, or equivalent.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills in speaking, listening, and writing. (German and/or Dutch is a plus)
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IAM Technologies and products like Omada Identity, empowerID,
• Proficiency in SQL, with a foundational understanding of MS SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud based IAM solutions and integrations.
• Familiarity with C#, Java, JavaScript, Powershell programming languages.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft security concepts (e.g., IIS, MS Active Directory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to customer needs and understand their requirements.
• Design, develop, document, and test Identity & Access Management solutions
• Installation, configuration, and error analysis of IAM products
• Share knowledge and experience with teammates, contributing to the enhancement of praktiga's standards and documents.
